I’m Tina Snouffer, founder of AI Sales Genie. With more than 20 years of combined experience in banking and business operations, I’ve seen firsthand how overwhelming growth, sales, and technology can feel for business owners.
For 15 years in banking, I managed multimillion-dollar portfolios, led a staff of 17, and built strategies that balanced risk and reward. After banking, I spent nearly a decade working alongside my husband in our family businesses, where I focused on financials, systems, and lead generation. That’s where I learned the realities of sales from the inside. Where every decision impacts your team, your bottom line, and your family.
I launched AI Sales Genie to solve the challenge I saw again and again: businesses don’t need more tools—they need the right tools, a clear process, and systems that actually stick.
